What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the practice of applying essential oils in the most appropriate way to achieve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Essential Oils are the result of steam distillation of aromatic plants and trees that can have a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit. They have been used for thousands of years to make incense, perfumes, medicines and have always played an essential role in religion and ritual. They are chemical powerhouses that have many therapeutic virtues some of which are:

Aromatherapy! The Natural & Safe Immune Boosting Alternative
A weakened immune system often leads to ill health because it does not have the defenses to fight the most common, viruses, bacterial and fungus for example, athletes feet normally takes hold after an illness, skin abrasion or some type of physical, emotional, mental trauma. I am excited and pleased to inform you that Melanie Pineda of The Express came to the store today and I am being featured along with a few other specialty shops in the Burnaby Heights. They spent about 40 minutes in the store interviewing and filming. At first I was very nervous but I think I did ok overall.
